As 2025 comes to a close, Ultimate Health School pauses to reflect on a year defined by strategic renewal, breakthrough progress, and continued forward momentum.

This year brought meaningful change, new leadership, expanded programs, a growing community, and reinvestment across our campus. Each step forward reaffirmed our mission to prepare future healthcare professionals through education that is supportive, rigorous, and deeply rooted in care.

A New Chapter, Rooted in Legacy

In May 2025, Ultimate Health School entered a new chapter with new ownership by Ventana Education Group LLC, a transition that honored our past while opening the door to long-term growth.

Founded in 1999 by Ms. Arangu Ngundam, Ultimate Health School has served the Northern Virginia community for more than two decades. Her leadership established a strong foundation built on student-centered learning, clinical excellence, and community impact.

As part of this transition, Ena Hull was appointed President and CEO, bringing seasoned leadership and a shared commitment to preserving the school’s values while evolving its vision for the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Ms. Ngundam continues to support the institution as Founder and Advisor, ensuring continuity, care, and mission alignment during this period of growth.

With new ownership, Ultimate Health School remains focused on expanding academic opportunities, reinvesting in student services, and strengthening community partnerships all while operating under its current name as part of a long-term, intentional vision.

Building the Team Behind the Mission

In 2025, Ultimate Health School expanded from 19 to 36 active employees, reflecting a deliberate investment in instructors, staff, and leadership to support our growing student body.

This growth strengthened instruction, enhanced student support, and expanded our internal capacity ensuring that as the school evolves, quality and care remain at the center of everything we do.

A Student Community on the Rise

Alongside our growing team, Ultimate Health School saw significant growth in its student community.

Our active student population increased from 160 to 290, reflecting rising demand for hands-on healthcare education and the trust students place in our programs.

This growth reinforces our responsibility to continue investing in faculty, facilities, and resources so every student feels supported, prepared, and confident in their journey toward a healthcare career.

Launching PN PRQ: A More Intentional Start to Nursing Education

Ultimate Health School introduced the Practical Nursing Prerequisite Course (PN PRQ) , a thoughtfully designed entry point into nursing education.

Created to support student readiness, PN PRQ serves as an admissions bridge into the Practical Nursing Certificate Program. Through a structured hybrid format, students build foundational knowledge in medical terminology, healthcare communication, dosage calculations, and study strategies essential to success.

More than academic preparation, it emphasizes confidence, discipline, and professional growth ensuring students enter nursing education with clarity and momentum.

Community Outreach, Reimagined

This year also marked the launch of Ultimate Health School’s High School Outreach Program, expanding our connection to the communities we serve.

Led by Vitoria Burton, High School Outreach Specialist, the program focuses on building relationships with high schools, counselors, and community partners across Northern Virginia and neighboring regions.

Vitoria has gone to 19 high school visits and college fairs which is an outstanding achievement, establishing a growing pipeline for future engagement.

Through college fairs, in-school presentations, and direct engagement, the program introduces students to healthcare career pathways early, helping them envision what’s possible and access the resources to get there.

The result is growing awareness, stronger relationships, and a meaningful pipeline for future engagement all rooted in trust and long-term impact.

As our community grew, so did our commitment to the environments that support it.

In 2025, Ultimate Health School reinvested in campus facilities through classroom updates, fresh interiors, new televisions, and upgraded technology. These improvements were designed to enhance learning, support instruction, and help our teams perform at their best.

As our student community continues to grow, so does the need for space that supports learning, collaboration, and hands-on instruction.

In 2026, Ultimate Health School will expand its campus to accommodate our growing population of students. This expansion includes the addition of new classrooms, allowing us to enhance instruction, increase capacity, and continue delivering the high-quality healthcare education our students expect.

This next phase of growth reflects our long-term commitment to planning ahead ensuring that as interest in our programs increases, our campus evolves alongside it.

Ultimate Health School will continue expanding its academic offerings to better serve our community and the growing demand for healthcare professionals.

Beginning in Spring 2026, we will introduce our Medical Assisting program, a focused, career-driven pathway designed to prepare students for immediate entry into the healthcare workforce.

Built for accessibility and impact, the program reflects our belief that meaningful careers don’t always require long timelines. With hands-on training and practical instruction, students will gain the skills needed to step confidently into healthcare settings and make a difference from day one.

Growing Our Faculty and Instructional Team

Serving Those Who Have Served: VA Benefits on the Horizon

As part of our continued commitment to accessibility and community impact, Ultimate Health School reached an important milestone in 2025 with preliminary approval from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to offer Practical Nursing training eligible for GI Bill® benefits.

This step brings us closer to expanding educational access for veterans and military-connected students who are transitioning into civilian life and seeking meaningful, stable careers in healthcare. Full VA approval is anticipated in 2026, marking a significant opportunity to better serve those who have served our country.
