Mabel Brempong – Director of Nursing

Mabel Brempong, MSN, RN, is a master’s-prepared advanced practice nurse with extensive experience in nursing education, acute and critical care, and healthcare leadership. She has served in key roles across hospitals, long-term care facilities, and academia, bringing a blend of clinical expertise and academic leadership to her position as Director of Nursing at Ultimate Health Institute. With a career spanning over two decades, Mabel has led nursing teams, developed curriculum, enhanced faculty training, and driven quality improvement initiatives. She is committed to student success, regulatory compliance, and fostering an inclusive learning environment that prepares graduates for excellence in patient care.

Elizabeth Harris – Vice President of Admissions

Elizabeth Harris is a seasoned higher education leader with more than two decades of experience in student recruiting, admissions counseling, and team development. She has served in senior roles across nationally recognized colleges and universities, including Vice President of Admissions, Regional Director of Admissions, and Director of Corporate Training. Known for her consultative approach and results-driven leadership, Elizabeth specializes in training and mentoring admissions teams, enhancing the student experience, and building strategies that drive enrollment growth. At Ultimate Health Institute, Elizabeth guides prospective students toward life-changing educational opportunities while supporting a professional and supportive admissions process from first contact to enrollment.

Steve Rubalcaba – Director of Admissions

Steve Rubalcaba brings more than three decades of leadership and service, including 25 years in higher education, four years as a YMCA Youth Sports and Youth Development Director, and four years of honorable service in the U.S. Navy. Throughout his career, he has been driven by a passion for helping others achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

A dedicated higher education professional, Steve has extensive experience in student recruitment, admissions counseling, financial aid, and career services. He has served in key roles, including Admissions Advisor, Senior Admissions Advisor, and Assistant Director of Admissions, at some of the nation’s largest nursing schools, where he has guided thousands of students on their journey toward meaningful careers in healthcare.

Known for his mission-driven approach, Steve leads by example, bringing energy, integrity, and unwavering commitment to every opportunity. His greatest reward is empowering others to overcome obstacles, accomplish their educational goals, and successfully fulfill their own missions.

Madison Hull – Marketing Coordinator

Madison Hull brings a blend of marketing expertise, client relations, and higher education experience to her role as Marketing Coordinator at Ultimate Health Institute. With a background spanning marketing strategy, social media management, and event coordination, she has worked with startups and established organizations to create campaigns that engage audiences and drive results. Before joining Ultimate Health Institute, Madison held roles in marketing, client success, and career services, including experience with software as a service companies in the higher education sector. Asadullah Noori – Director of Business Operations and Accounting

Asadullah Noori is a financial management professional with more than 15 years of experience in finance, compliance, and organizational operations for international profit and nonprofit organizations. His career includes leadership in auditing, financial analysis, and compliance, where he has led investigations and audits that resulted in the recovery of funds and improved processes. At Ultimate Health Institute, Asad oversees business office operations and human resources, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient administrative systems. His global perspective, multilingual skills, and ability to strengthen internal controls make him a valuable asset to the school’s leadership team.

Perliter Walters Gilliam – Executive Consultant to the Chief Executive Officer for Compliance

Perliter Walters Gilliam is an international accreditation and higher education quality assurance expert with more than two decades of experience guiding institutions, accrediting agencies, and organizations in evaluating, maintaining, and elevating academic quality and institutional effectiveness. As Principal Consultant at NBBE Consulting and former Vice President of Accreditation for the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools, she has led complex compliance initiatives, overseen accreditation policy development, and provided strategic direction to higher education leaders worldwide. At Ultimate Health Institute, Perliter serves as Executive Consultant to the Chief Executive Officer for Compliance, ensuring the institution meets regulatory and accreditation requirements while advancing its mission.

Sandy Sarge – Fractional Chief Financial Officer

Sandy Sarge brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and executive leadership to her role as Fractional Chief Financial Officer for Ultimate Health Institute. As the founder and president of Sarge Advisors, LLC, Sandy has helped organizations achieve strategic and financial goals through guidance in operational efficiency, fiscal management, and growth planning. Her career includes senior finance leadership positions at national corporations, including Senior Vice President of Finance, Divisional Chief Financial Officer, and Controller.
