Overview
Our History
Ultimate Health School (UHS) was founded in 1999 by Ms. Arangu Ngundam-Tomdio, who currently serves as the CEO. From the beginning, UHS has been driven by a strong belief in becoming a leader in nursing and allied health education. This vision became a reality as we expanded our programs to include Nurse Aide, Practical Nursing, and Phlebotomy, launching these courses in 2002, 2006, and 2008, respectively. These additions were supported by carefully designed curricula, developed by nursing and allied health experts to meet licensing and job market demands.
Starting with just 20 students, UHS has grown to an average of 150 students per year over the past decade. To date, we have graduated over 1,000 students who have successfully met the licensing and certification requirements. This success is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our staff and faculty, whose diverse skills have played a crucial role in our growth and achievements.
Mission Statement
At UHS, we are committed to delivering high-quality nursing and allied health education to individuals seeking careers in healthcare. Our mission is to provide comprehensive programs that foster the development of our students’ skills, preparing them to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry. By 2024, our goal is to offer fully accredited nursing degree programs, alongside a robust range of allied health curricula, that will support our students in their professional growth.
Vision
We envision expanding our campuses along the East Coast and offering fully approved and accredited advanced diploma and degree programs in Nursing and Allied Health. These programs will be designed to meet the future needs of the ever-evolving healthcare profession.
Values
At Ultimate Health School, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and dedication to both academic excellence and service. We encourage continuous improvement in all areas of our academic and operational practices, ensuring our students and staff remain committed to the highest standards of education and care.
