Overview

Ultimate Health School (UHS) was founded in 1999 by Ms. Arangu Ngundam-Tomdio, a dedicated nurse and educator with a vision to make a lasting impact in nursing and allied health education. Under her leadership, UHS grew from a small cohort of 20 students into a respected institution offering Nurse Aide (2002), Practical Nursing (2006), and Phlebotomy (2008) programs, each carefully designed by industry experts to meet licensing standards and workforce needs.

On May 15, 2025, UHS entered an exciting new chapter under the leadership of Ena Hull, our current President and CEO. With over 30 years of experience in higher education and healthcare training, Ms. Hull is committed to building on our strong foundation while leading the school into a new era of growth, innovation, and student success. Over the past decade, UHS has welcomed an average of 150 students annually and proudly graduated more than 1,000 individuals who have gone on to achieve licensure and certification in their chosen fields. This legacy of excellence is made possible by our dedicated faculty and staff, whose expertise, passion, and commitment to our students remain at the heart of everything we do.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive programs that foster the development of our students’ skills, preparing them to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry. By 2024, our goal is to offer fully accredited nursing degree programs, alongside a robust range of allied health curricula, that will support our students in their professional growth.

We envision expanding our campuses along the East Coast and offering fully approved and accredited advanced diploma and degree programs in Nursing and Allied Health. These programs will be designed to meet the future needs of the ever-evolving healthcare profession.
