Ena Hull brings over 30 years of leadership experience in higher education, healthcare training, and private equity backed organizations to her role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ultimate Health School. Appointed in May 2025, she is committed to building on the school’s strong legacy while leading it into a new era of growth, innovation, and student success. Known for her strategic vision and passion for workforce development, Ena is focused on expanding nursing and allied health programs, strengthening community partnerships, and enhancing the student experience. Under her leadership, Ultimate Health School is poised to become a leading center for healthcare education in Northern Virginia and beyond.
Ms. Arangu Ngundam – Founder and Advisor
Ms. Arangu Ngundam is the visionary founder of Ultimate Health School, which she established in 1999 with a mission to provide accessible, high quality nursing education to the Northern Virginia community. A nurse herself, Ms. Ngundam built Ultimate Health School from its early beginnings with just 20 students into a respected institution that has graduated more than 1,000 nurses and allied health professionals. Her leadership was rooted in a deep commitment to empowering students through education, fostering a culture of compassion, and preparing graduates to excel in patient care. Now serving as Advisor, she continues to share her wisdom and insight, helping guide Ultimate Health School as it builds upon her legacy and expands its impact in healthcare education.
Mabel Brempong – Director of Nursing
Mabel Brempong, MSN, RN, is a masters prepared advanced practice nurse with extensive experience in nursing education, acute and critical care, and healthcare leadership. She has served in key roles across hospitals, long term care facilities, and academia, bringing a blend of clinical expertise and academic leadership to her position as Director of Nursing at Ultimate Health School. With a career spanning over two decades, Mabel has led nursing teams, developed curriculum, enhanced faculty training, and driven quality improvement initiatives. She is committed to student success, regulatory compliance, and fostering an inclusive learning environment that prepares graduates for excellence in patient care. Her work reflects a dedication to cultural competence, ethical practice, and the advancement of nursing education.
Elizabeth Harris – Executive Admissions Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer
Elizabeth Harris is a seasoned higher education leader with more than two decades of experience in student recruiting, admissions counseling, and team development. She has served in senior roles across nationally recognized colleges and universities, including Vice President of Admissions, Regional Director of Admissions, and Director of Corporate Training. Known for her consultative approach and results driven leadership, Elizabeth specializes in training and mentoring admissions teams, enhancing the student experience, and building strategies that drive enrollment growth. At Ultimate Health School, Elizabeth guides prospective students toward life changing educational opportunities while supporting a professional and supportive admissions process from first contact to enrollment.
Madison Hull – Marketing Coordinator
Madison Hull brings a blend of marketing expertise, client relations, and higher education experience to her role as Marketing Coordinator at Ultimate Health School. With a background spanning marketing strategy, social media management, and event coordination, she has worked with startups and established organizations to create campaigns that engage audiences and drive results. Before joining Ultimate Health School, Madison held roles in marketing, client success, and career services, including experience with software as a service companies in the higher education sector. She is skilled in market research, search engine optimization, and brand development, and connects creative ideas with strategic execution. At Ultimate Health School, she focuses on strengthening the school’s brand presence, expanding community outreach, and creating marketing initiatives that inspire prospective students.
Dorothy Mitchell – Assistant Director of Admissions and Community Development
Dorothy Mitchell brings a background in admissions, marketing, and community engagement to her role at Ultimate Health School. Since joining the school, she has advanced from Admissions Officer to Assistant Director of Admissions and Community Development, where she oversees student recruitment, builds relationships with local organizations, and creates outreach programs that connect the school to the wider community. Her career includes leadership in membership development, marketing operations, and association management, blending strategic planning with relationship building. As the founder of Muvah Earth, LLC, and former Director of Marketing Operations for Oni Salon, Dorothy has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership and strong brand development skills. At Ultimate Health School, she guides prospective students through the admissions process and fosters partnerships that support student success and the school’s mission.
Asadullah Noori – Business Office and Human Resources Manager
Asadullah Noori is a financial management professional with more than 15 years of experience in finance, compliance, and organizational operations for international profit and nonprofit organizations. His career includes leadership in auditing, financial analysis, and compliance, where he has led investigations and audits that resulted in the recovery of funds and improved processes. At Ultimate Health School, Asad oversees business office operations and human resources, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient administrative systems. His global perspective, multilingual skills, and ability to strengthen internal controls make him a valuable asset to the school’s leadership team. He is dedicated to supporting the mission of delivering high quality healthcare education.

Perliter Walters Gilliam is an international accreditation and higher education quality assurance expert with more than two decades of experience guiding institutions, accrediting agencies, and organizations in evaluating, maintaining, and elevating academic quality and institutional effectiveness. As Principal Consultant at NBBE Consulting and former Vice President of Accreditation for the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools, she has led complex compliance initiatives, overseen accreditation policy development, and provided strategic direction to higher education leaders worldwide. At Ultimate Health School, Perliter serves as Executive Consultant to the Chief Executive Officer for Compliance, ensuring the institution meets regulatory and accreditation requirements while advancing its mission.
Sandy Sarge – Fractional Chief Financial Officer
Sandy Sarge brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and executive leadership to her role as Fractional Chief Financial Officer for Ultimate Health School. As the founder and president of Sarge Advisors, LLC, Sandy has helped organizations achieve strategic and financial goals through guidance in operational efficiency, fiscal management, and growth planning. Her career includes senior finance leadership positions at national corporations, including Senior Vice President of Finance, Divisional Chief Financial Officer, and Controller. At Ultimate Health School, she oversees financial planning and strategy, ensuring the institution remains on a strong fiscal foundation while advancing its mission.
