Applicants who are applying to Ultimate Health School must submit the required application fee to begin the admissions process.

Practical Nursing Prerequisite Course (PRQ)

Students who are enrolling in the Practical Nursing Prerequisite Course must complete the PRQ course payment.

Amount: $500

Prerequisite Course Re-Take Fee

Students who need to retake the prerequisite course may submit the retake fee using the secure payment link below.
